Scenario


Always ensure you are signed in to the Zoom desktop client or mobile app via SSO using your staff email and password to ensure you have full access to the features on our licensed CIT account and have better control over your settings.

Solution


Option 1: 


Click on the option to sign in and sign in using your @CIT.ie credentials.

Note: You cannot sign into Zoom with @MTU.ie credentials at present. 

Option 2: 

  1. In your Zoom meeting client application (whether Desktop or Mobile) choose the Sign in with SSO option.
  2. Enter telcit in the Company Domain field and click Continue.
